Sleepless in Smithfield

At least everyone but the little guy!! This picture was taken when he was two weeks old, now he hit his 2 month mark! Ledgen did nothing but sleep his first couple of weeks, but since then it takes lots of swinging arms, bouncing legs, and loud white noices to get him to drift off to dreamland. Oh boy, I think I have Brecka Jr. in the making!! Maybe she'll finally have a playmate to entertain her all hours of the night when she can't sleep!

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my little guy, but these sleepless nights are getting old!! He usually will sleep a good block to begin the night and then wakes up to eat around 3 or 4 and then goes back to bed until about 6 or 7. So even though this is my 3 kiddo, my big question remains....How do you drop that middle of the night feeding? I'm trying hard to do the 3 hour feeding schedule during the day...so does it just magically happen? Help please! I'm open to any advice!
Our little Ledgen is 2 months old today! A few things about him:
~~ Fortunately we know right off the bat if he is upset....Unfortunately he lets us know this often. He has AwEsOmE lungs and knows how to use them!
~~Fortunately he is smiling a ton these days! Unfortunately I can't catch even one tiny little smirk on camera! It's amazing how fast they will change from happy to screaming mad!
~~Fortunately Ledgen loved his first football game yesterday watching the Aggies and slept all the way through. Unfortunately he was awake until after midnight.
~~Fortunately I don't think I will have to worry about trying to take a pacifier away from an 18 month old...because....UNFORTUNATELY I can't get him to take one for the life of me!
~~Fortunately he enjoys sitting in a bouncer and staring out the window. Unfortunately it only last about 10 minutes.
~~Fortunately Ledgen has two sisters that love him to death and try to be mommies little helpers all day long. Unfortunately I think Ledgen will ALWAYS have 3 mothers. I guess that could be a good thing for me??
We love our little guy and have had a blast having a little boy around. The sleepless nights are sure tricky...but definitely worth it!
